Cute Bookish Guy Seeks Cute Bookish Girl A little about me: I'm your garden variety 5' 10" triple pisces-eldest son from a nonreligous old Philadelphia family on the Main Line . I'm warm, generous, understanding, laid back guy with a little bit of a broodish edge and a good sense of style. I'd consider myself a romantic with a big heart... when I fall for someone I fall hard. There isn't lot of drama in my life: most of my relationships are healthy ones. I have a good sense of humor but I'll probably never be a writer for SNL. I love to read and write but I'm by no means banking on the book deal with Simon and Schuster to finance my retirement. I generally prefer to stay in but I also enjoy going out. I'm a little on the quirky side. I come from a super, small uncomplicated family and I have several close friendships that go back over 25 years. I think I have an awesome life but that's not to say I don't have some challenges.

As far as requirements go, you don't have to look like Liz Phair. If you are really nice, understanding, positive and open-minded that is what counts most to me. If you have deep roots in the Philadelphia area that is also appealling to me but not required. I have a cat so if you like cats that is also a plus. Chatty women are attractive to me but I also respect people who don't feel threatened by silence. I have a tendency to date highly intelligent women who have not led charmed lives, but that is by no means the only personality I'm attracted to. If you get the sublime genius of Bruce Springsteen's music it is imperative that you contact me immediately. If you have a good sense of humor that's awesome, but I'm also not someone who needs to be entertained regularly. I spend a large part of my free time reading so if you're bookish give me holla.
