Aries Male and Virgo Female

So I am a Virgo female with a Cancer Moon and a Scorpio Rising.

I am infatuated with an Aries Male with a Virgo Moon and Scorpio Rising.

Could it work?

I want to know how to attract this soft spoken man. It is interesting because he is an aries yet he is so hesitant. I must say I act more like an aries than he does. I am more impulsive and attract attention. He seems so cautious. Yet he does get involved in risky behavior. I think I am attracted to the complexity of his personality. He is not really an initiator more of an observer where I am more of the go-getter, risk taker, doer etc. I just know that he'd never make the first move but I want to know how he'd react to me pursuing him.

I'd like to have an idea of how it could work. Like the sun/moon combo love compatibility. Thanks!
