Earth and Air Elements

I'm a Taurus woman and I realize that simply going by a person's sun sign is not nessecarily accurate, but my sign is earth and most of the men I seem to attract are air signs. I know that my moon sign is Libra and that could be part of the reason why that may coincidentally happen. The problem is that it's been known that earth and air don't mix and if they do, it usually will turn out to be a dust storm, since in reality when it's windy and the wind encounters the dirt of the earth, they both rebel against each other. However, my grandmother (RIP) was a Gemini and my grandfather (RIP) was a Taurus and even though that match is known to be impossible, they were both married until death did them part. The same thing with my uncle who is a Taurus and his wife, who sadly is deceased, was an Aquarius and the two of them were happily married until the day of her untimely death. Also, my sister is a Capricorn, another earth sign and she is married to an Aquarius guy too and they both get along like any other average couple does with the normal challenges as well. There is one air sign that I feel the most chemistry with and that's Libras. The reasons for this could be, like I said, my moon sign is Libra and Taurus is ruled by Venus and so is Libra. I even went out twice with a Libra guy and he absolutely swept me off my feet. He was so sweet and respectful. I felt like I could talk to him about anything too. The only thing that was a bit of an issue with him was that he was somewhat of a tease, although we only went out on two dates with each other. Unfortunately, he relocated and moved far away though, but in the short time I spent with him, he was everything I ever wanted in a man. Is there anyone here who was in a similar situation with opposites attract when it came to their horoscopes or are they in a long term relationship with their astrological opposite or married to each other?
